Wheelchair Curling Clubs Map

Wheelchair Curling The only "Sweep!" you'll hear when it comes to wheelchair curling in Canada is our country's consistency in winning gold medals at the Paralympic Games. No broom sweeping in the parasport version of the sport.

A teammate, or a volunteer in recreational games, holds the thrower's wheelchair steady and stationary while throwing. Taking aim, each player pushes the stones down the ice with a pole or extender aiming for the target ring at the other end.

It's a game of strategy and skill and a sport that can be enjoyed by many. A great team sport so "Hurry!" to see if curling "rocks" for you. Learn more from Curl ON.
